I spent Friday night surrounded by friends and strangers with a bonfire at the center. This is what I've been craving all winter, long summer nights spent outside. I find it hard to believe that everything that happened this weekend fit into just three short days. I got see all of my family and some old friends. I got to roam around the city again while my feet protested the heels I was wearing. Not much has changed, but summer always brings this sense of freedom.
